At Batteries Plus, success is never celebrated alone. That promise was on full display at this year’s Sales Achievement Conference in Orlando, Florida. Franchisees from across the country gathered together for a couple of days of learning, collaboration, recognition, and celebration.
Celebrating Excellence Across Our System
This year’s event welcomed 150 franchisees representing 75 ownership groups, with 104 ownership groups qualifying for the trip through exceptional performance across the system. Franchisees were eligible for this trip if they achieved standout results, including operating million-dollar stores, leading key sales categories, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving growth in their markets.
As President Jon Sica said, “This is about you, this moment is to celebrate your success, and everything you’ve done for yourselves, your communities, and Batteries Plus as a whole.”
We presented more than 200 awards throughout this conference, recognizing categories such as MVP, Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, Top Commercial Sales, Top Overall Sales, Brand Ambassador, Marketing Awards, and many more. It was an honor to highlight this excellence across both single-unit and multi-unit operators.
Franchisees Raising the Bar
One of the standout moments of this year’s conference was highlighting our MVP and Rookie of the Year. Dan Snyder & Joe Kasper collectively took home the MVP, and Sion Owen was named Rookie of the Year. The conference also celebrated the system-wide consistency and growth demonstrated through club achievements:
- 58 President’s Club winners
- 15 Platinum Club winners
- 12 Diamond Club winners
“When we host our franchisees, it’s a great chance for us to gather together, celebrate our owners, and most importantly, be able to offer a way for our owners to get to know one another, share their best practices, and help one another. This helps us continue building a really strong franchise brand throughout the United States,” said Victor Daher, VP of Franchise Development.
Investing in Franchisees Beyond the Transaction
Beyond the awards and celebrations, the Sales Achievement Conference continues to reinforce what makes Batteries Plus unique as a franchise organization: a commitment to investing in franchisees beyond the transaction.
Throughout the conference, franchisees participated in specialized training sessions covering Industrial Lithium Golf Cart Batteries, iPads & Gaming Consoles, Key FOB Training, Grassroots Marketing, and Exit Strategy planning. Combined with networking opportunities, vendor showcases, and celebration events, the conference reflected the balance of business growth and community that defines the Batteries Plus franchise system.
As CEO Scott Williams said, “People really draw energy from their peers. They leave with new ideas, refreshed energy, and the resolve to be back here next year.”
That collaborative energy could be felt throughout every part of the event, from training sessions and vendor engagement to informal conversations between franchisees sharing lessons learned from their own markets and experiences.
Building Momentum for the Future
As Batteries Plus continues to grow across the country, the annual Sales Achievement Conference remains a reflection of the people driving that momentum forward every day.
From first-year franchisees to longtime multi-unit operators, the event serves as both a celebration of what’s been accomplished and a reminder of what’s possible when franchise owners succeed together.
